Charming decor and character-filled ambiance throughout the inn.

The breakfast options were quite disappointing, as there was no flexibility in choosing what to eat, resulting in bland pancakes and sausages. The walls were quite thin. I could hear every sound from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my rest. The water in the shower was unexpectedly cold .

Breakfasts were free.

The location of the property was great as we were right by Skagway and Haines, the Historic Skagway Inn where Big Ed and the best restaurant in Skagway. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating can provide additional tips.

The total stay was real good which is an interesting insight to the days of the Gold rush & the characters who lived in the town. Our room was large with view. The location was perfect in the bar or the patio outside next to the garden. Besides, it was right by center of town, the restaurant, and the Airport❤👍

The breakfast was a good experience, with a variety of homemade pastries that were a true highlight of my stay.

I found the shared bathroom arrangements slightly inconvenient, particularly during peak morning hours when it was busy.

Wake-up service, available in my queen room, was a nice bonus. The staff was attentive and helpful, just as I expected. Also, location was comfy, within a close distance from Red Onion Saloon Brothel Museum.

Charming inn with a lively atmosphere

The staff was cute, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a good experience, set in a cozy nook perfect for people watching.

The room I stayed in had a window that didn't close properly, which invited in a bit of noise from the street. It would have been great to have the room serviced more regularly.

This place is great, and has wi-fi, a lovely lounge area, and helpful luggage storage. I'll never forget how the staff returned my forgotten jewelry on my first stay. Highly recommend it for a cozy city trip!

Friendly staff provided a free upgrade and breakfast was delicious, but the Wi-Fi was spotty.

Staying in this unique inn allowed me to immerse myself in the charm of the past. I was really surprised to learn about the building's rich history while enjoying a good breakfast in the cozy nook with a great view of the bustling street. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions, all within walking distance.

The front desk staff was occasionally hard to find, which delayed my check-in.

The Standard Double Room with Shared Bathroom was nice and cozy, but a bit small since the building's historical. The bed was super comfy! I loved the decor-kind of quirky with a gold rush vibe. The shared bathroom wasn't a problem, but I did wish for a few more options at breakfast. For a short solo stay, it was just right!

Charming historical experience!

I loved staying in a room named after one of the women from the gold rush era. The décor of the inn is quite charming, reminiscent of its rich history. The breakfast included was excellent, with hearty options that really set the tone for the day. Just a heads up, if you prefer a larger space, some rooms might feel a bit cramped, especially if you have extra luggage.

Couple's charming getaway

We stayed in the Alice Room, cozy and packed with character! The breakfast each morning was just DELICIOUS, it really kicked off our day right, and the owners gave us fantastic local tips on where to hike and eat.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.
